DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING

We believe that every patient should be informed on what is causing their pain. Also, this helps the physician give appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan pathway. This includes x-rays, MRI, CT, and ultrasound. Free 2nd opinion evaluation and MRI Review.

METABOLIC

Metabolic testing can provide essential data for people who want to lose weight. Based on your resting metabolic rate and your estimated daily activity, your trainer will estimate the total number of calories you burn every day without exercise. You’ll also learn how your body burns fuel during exercise.

BODY COMPOSITION

Measuring Body Fat Is Important for Determining Fitness. Weight alone is not a clear indicator of good health because it does not distinguish between pounds that come from body fat and those that come from lean body mass or muscle.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a pre-participation screening tool designed to identify compensatory movement patterns that are indicative of increased injury risk and inefficient movement that causes reduced performance.

PAIN EVALUATION

Pain affects patients physically and emotionally, so successfully managing the pain they experience is a key component of their recovery. The causes and symptoms of chronic and acute pain are detailed, along with the different assessment tools that can be used and for which patients they are suitable.
